Carbondale Spring is an organization that seeks to transform Carbondale, IL into a city that is sustainable, resilient, and just. The program has Four Initiatives that they hope to have started in the first year.

-Food Autonomy - Funding Urban Farms which will be turned over to neighborhood control.
-Care Workers - Establish a 24 hour non-police emergency number overseen by 15 care workers from various fields.
-Cooperative Business Fund - Establish a not for profit Chamber of Cooperation that will seek to invest and spur worker coops to revitalize the town.
-Renewable Energy Fund - City fund for renewable energy projects.
