Cassidy Moriarity brings a detail-oriented and fiscally responsible approach to their role as Treasurer of the Young Ecosocialists of GPUS. With strong skills in budgeting, recordkeeping, and compliance, they ensure the organization’s financial health and transparency. Passionate about advancing the ten key values, Cassidy works to steward resources effectively so every dollar advances the organization’s mission.

Mission Statement:

“I'm planning on pushing our virtual organization to be much more communicative, and collaborative. We have strayed from our commitment to each other during the pandemic and for being a virtual based organization, we should have thrived but the opposite occurred.

Specifically for Finance, I would like to build a fundraising team and have captains who will lead callbanks, textbanks, write fundraising emails, etc.

I would love to have someone who works with me to verify reporting to the FEC, as well as internal reporting. I would like to integrate an accounting software this year as well.”
